I don’t write reviews very often but I really just wanted to express my appreciation for the staff here - always very polite, kind, patient. I used to work in hospitality myself and so I know how difficult the job & customers can be sometimes. For that reason, I do appreciate and admire their great attitude and hard work every single time I come. The food is always delicious too (of course! ). I very much recommend
I had an amazing experience today, and a big part of it was thanks to Khushboo’s exceptional service. She was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. The food was fresh and delicious, as always. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to customer satisfaction, and it made my visit all the more enjoyable. Highly recommend this location, and a huge thanks to Khushboo for the fantastic service!
Marcia and Khushi were really nice and helpful. Really loved how marcia explained everything and Khushi was very helpful.
The food was excellent and tastes authentic. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Was served by Ray who was very nice and down to earth and came up to talk to us.
Excellent place for lunch, surely much healthier than Five Guys next door and the staff at Tortilla are much friendlier than those at Chilangos. They serve a good sized burrito as well, and if you like your food spicy then their bottles of hot sauce are genuinely pretty hot (although they don’t always leave them out and you sometimes have to ask at the counter).
My first experience at Tortilla was surprisingly amazing! Liz helped with the food order and the naked burrito box was such a comforting meal packed with very well balanced flavours! The passion for the food and its flavours showed in Liz's enthusiasm! 100% would return for both the food and also the passion with which it was served! Lessgoo Liz!!!
Had an amazing time at Tortilla today, had a delicious pork burrito. Amazing service and a great feel to the restaurant (especially the decorations around and being able to see/customise the food being made). Special thanks to Ray who served me today, you were so friendly. 10/10 would definitely come again!!!
Always come to tortilla for a safe option and they never disappoint! Khushboo was great and friendly which made the whole experience 100x better! Would definitely come again.
